Net Promoter

Developed by Fred Reichheld, Bain & Company and Satmetrix, Net Promoter® score is a widely-used metric to track customer satisfaction. To determine our NPS, we ask all of our customers a series of five questions, one of which is, “How likely are you to recommend Guaranteed Rate to a friend or colleague?” Based on the responses, we are able to determine our NPS. The highest NPS in 2011 was 87 percent.
